Minder has a varied career working in marketing, event planning, workshop facilitation and improv comedy. She is known for her problem solving, critical thinking, playfulness and people skills.
While her work is varied, the common threads running through her roles include communication, designing experiences, building inclusive environments and communities, and working to make organisations more effective in meeting the needs of their members.
She has worked in the internationalisation of higher education, service design and the arts, culture and heritage sector and is growing her work as a public speaker and consultant.
Minder graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in International Relations and Politics and a PgCert in International Management and Marketing.
