Covid-19 Precautions

Heritage Trust Network Conference 2021

We want to have a vibrant and fun event that is safe for all attendees and any staff involved in making the event happen.

Please check in with this page as regulations may change over time, but we will contact you with any instructions before the event.

Government Guidelines – updated 30th September 2021

In the Draper’s Hall venue, hand sanitiser will be readily available near all touch points, we will also provide free face masks for anyone who would like one. We will ensure that the spaces are well ventilated.

We ask that all attendees take a Lateral Flow test both two days before the event and on the morning of the event, before attending. These are freely available via the UK Government website.

We will ask attendees to check in using a QR code from NHS Track and Trace that will be available at the event check-in desk.

We also advise you not to attend the event if you are feeling unwell or have come into contact with anyone who has tested positive with COVID-19.

The most important symptoms of COVID-19 are recent onset of any of the following:

  • a new continuous cough
  • a high temperature
  • a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

If you have any of the symptoms above, even if your symptoms are mild, stay at home and arrange to have a PCR test.

Cancellation Policy

In order to allow attendees to book with confidence, we will offer standard refunds for all cancellations up to 7 days before the event, after that time, no refund will be given, unless the ticket can be sold on.

In cases where attendees have been notified that they must isolate due to exposure to Covid-19 or they become aware that they have contracted Covid-19, we will offer refunds.
